Japanese market: Each year, our factory exports to Japan about 200 tons of chemicals to serve the steel factories of Nippon Steel Group located in Muroran, Nogoya, Hirorata and Oita.

CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE

In addition to providing anti-scale, corrosion-proof chemicals for boiler systems, scale protection, algae corrosion for recirculating cooling water systems, cooling towers, Green also provides services. accompanying technical services such as:

• Design and manufacture chemicals based on actual water properties of customers. Advise customers in the use of chemicals to achieve the highest efficiency.

• Visit the site periodically or as soon as requested. Calibrate the dosing pump to inject the most precise amount of chemicals into the system based on the specific nature of the water.

• Periodically analyze water samples (at least once a month) to assess water quality in order to promptly make reasonable recommendations to minimize the formation of deposits, corrosion as well as moss in the system and equipment.

• Supply and installation of automatic monitoring system for W600 cooling water: based on technology to determine the concentration of chemicals in cooling water based on the concentration of indicator.

• Send Japanese experts to assess the water quality at the site to be able to provide the most appropriate treatment solution whenever necessary.
