In case water treatment is insufficient or heat load is large due to severe operation, corrosion or scale formation is promoted to form rusts and iron or calcium scales in heat exchangers or chillers in cooling water system. This will lead to the lowering of heat exchange efficiency, plugging of piping, secondary corrosion under deposits and other troubles.

GREEN WX520 is an on-stream-type cleaning agent, which enables removal of iron, calcium scales and rust without stopping the operation of cooling water system.

Cleaning operation can be performed without stopping chillers, cooling towers or other equipment in cooling water system.
Effective for iron, calcium scales and rust.
The chemical is neutral, which enables easy handling, and do not require neutralization before discharge.
Less corrosive for iron and copper compared with hydrochloric acid. This
chemical is also applicable for stainless steel materials

<<Procedure for application>>

Stop the daily chemical feeding and blowdown.
Dose GREEN WX520 to the dosage level of 1-5% of the total water volume.
Continue the circulation of the solution for more than 24 hours.
Discharge the solution from the system and at the same time supply the

makeup water. Continue until water becomes clean.

Restart the daily chemical feeding and blowdown.
